The Fort Collins Yoga Co-Op strives to bring the deliciously beneficial practices of yoga to the good people of our community.  We offer unique weekly classes to people from all walks of life, all incomes, and all levels of practice.  Each instructor has completed various accreditation programs to help lead you towards your optimal wellness.  Through the Co-Op we hope to strengthen ties within the community and bring the health and wellness benefits of Yoga to those who, for one reason or another, do not conform to the traditional models of yoga practice.
